Many manufacturers. One point of contact.
We work on a wide range of portafilter machines and use original manufacturer parts where available and intended for repair.
Among others: La Cimbali, Gaggia, La Marzocco, ECM, Sage, Profitec, Astoria, Rancilio, La San Marco, Rocket, De’Longhi and Bezzera.
For rare models, it's best to clarify acceptance and spare parts availability in advance based on the manufacturer, model, and a photo. We can also inspect the matching coffee grinder along with the machine, as both components influence the result in the cup.

Frequent Questions About Espresso Machines
Which portafilter machines does FAM Kaffeetechnik service?
We service espresso machines from many common manufacturers for private and commercial customers. For rare or older models, we check in advance whether spare parts and technical documentation are available.
Can I book a service even without a specific defect?
Yes. Regular maintenance helps detect wear, deposits, and technical anomalies early on and keeps the machine reliably operational in the long term.
Do you repair without prior approval?
No. After the diagnosis, you will receive a cost estimate. Repairs will only be carried out after your approval. If further defects become apparent during the work, we will discuss additional measures with you beforehand.
Do you also service the coffee grinder for the portafilter machine?
Yes. FAM Kaffeetechnik also offers service, repair, consultation, and training for coffee grinders. For a harmonious espresso setup, it's worth taking a look at both the machine and the grinder together.
