01 - Diagnostics / Analysis
Analysis and diagnostic costs are incurred for the technical inspection of the machine or coffee grinder. The exact amount will be transparently communicated during the inquiry or acceptance process.
02 - Estimate
After the diagnosis, you will receive an estimate of the necessary work and the expected repair costs.
03 - Repair Release
If you commission FAM Kaffeetechnik to carry out the repair, the analysis costs will be credited towards the repair.
04 - Without repair approval
If you decide against the repair, only the diagnosis/analysis performed will be charged according to the agreed conditions.
05 - Additional defects
If further major defects become apparent during the repair that significantly change the approved scope, we will contact you again before carrying out additional work.
06 - Spare Parts & Additional Services
Required spare parts and additional services will be included in the cost estimate or after consultation. For commercial customers, on-site, emergency service, or rental machine services may also be added depending on the order.
The costs should remain transparent for you. That's why we clearly separate diagnosis and repair and only begin chargeable repair work after your approval. The diagnosis provides the basis for your decision. Only with your approval does the cost estimate become a repair order.
First clarity. Then approval.
Full cost transparency before repair - After the diagnosis, you will receive a cost estimate. Repairs will only be carried out once you have approved the work.
The cost of the analysis will be offset against a subsequent repair by our FAM Kaffeetechnik.
If additional major defects become apparent during the process, further consultation will take place before any further cost-relevant work is carried out.
